Very nice holiday home right on the water, quiet location. We (three married couples) felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet after a strenuous day. The pictures correspond to reality, there are nice outdoor seating and loungers. Beds must be made by yourself. The town of Breukelen is pretty and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. By train (free parking spaces at the train station can be reached in 8 minutes by car) you can reach Amsterdam in 30 minutes and Utrecht in 15 minutes. We have enjoyed our stay.

Tastefully and with atmosphere furnished holiday houses and chalets, right on the Loosdrechts Lakes, strategically located between the cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht.
This high class accommodation is well suited for those seeking peace and relaxation by the water. The living room also has large open doors, giving you direct access to the terrace. The terrace offers quality garden furniture and an awning, so you can eat outside.
There is a bathing ladder near the water, a private dock for your boat and a fence, so child-friendly!
On location it is possible to rent a boat and bicycles. There is a communal swing and horizontal bar for the children. Dogs are allowed 2 x maximum !
In the pleasant village of Breukelen there are supermarkets, nice shops, cafes and restaurants.
Distances: Utrecht 15 km, Amsterdam 25 km. Airport: 35 km.
Utrecht is one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands and has a characteristic historic centre. The beautiful city centre with its craft shops, canals, low-lying wharves and wharf cellars is certainly a visit worth. Utrecht is also known as the Dom city because of its Dom Church with the highest church tower in the Netherlands.
Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands and is number 1 for guests.
The Loosdrechts Lakes are very suitable for water sports. Almost all lakes are accessible to pleasure boats, but here you also have the opportunity to swim and surf. The many marinas, shops and restaurants present make the Loosdrechts Lakes a lively recreational area. The authentic farms, castles, country houses and the exceptional flora and fauna make this area very special.
Dogs are very welcome. All our accommodations have a fence, which you can close for your dog, so that it can stay on your terrace. We do ask that you put your own cloth/sheet over the sofa or bed if your pet lies on it (deposit can be partly deducted if the sofa/bed is covered in hair). It is not allowed to let your dog out at the end of the grass field at the harbor, this is only allowed on the road or look at special dog walking areas: www.doggydating.com/hondenlosloopgebied/utrecht
Please clean up poop, bags and waste buckets are along the road.
