Cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival is free of charge and we will refund your deposit.
• Cancellation 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival, 15% of the rent will be charged to you.
• Cancellation 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival, 40% of the rent will be charged to you.
• Cancellation 1 week (7 days) before arrival, 75% of the rent will be charged to you.
• Cancellation within 1 week (7 days) of arrival, 100% of the rent will be charged.
  
  The costs for consumption, tourist tax and any rented linen package will not be charged in case of cancellation.
  Of course we can always look for a suitable solution within 4 weeks before cancellation by contacting us.

Additional costs:

• Consumption costs: gas, water, electricity, wifi, 1 x parking space: Chalet € 10,- & House € 17,- p/d.
  
• Tourist tax € 2,- p/p/p/d.
• Deposit € 150,- by arrival.
• Final cleaning: Chalet € 50,- & House € 75,- For stays longer than 3 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is required: Chalet 40,- & House € 50,- every 14 days.

Optional costs:

•  Sheets and towels € 12,- p/p
• 2nd parking space for car or trailer € 3,- p/d
• You can bring your own boat and put it in front of your accommodation, max. boat length: 7 meters. Costs for launching and hoisting out again is a one-time fee of € 45,- (please book in advance via info@vanheusdenvakantiepark.com)

Guests coming to fish:

Fishing is allowed all year round, but only on your private terrace. In winter (from November 1 to April 1) you can also fish at the end of the harbor. It is not allowed to fish between the boats and the houses / chalets, because of the privacy of the fellow residents! You must have a fishing license yourself.
